You are welcome to return your order to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that if you wish to return your item for a refund due to a sizing issue or change of mind, you would need to cover the return postage cost. If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty or incorrectly-sent item, we will provide you with a prepaid stamp so that you can return the incorrect/faulty item to us at no personal postage cost. 
Due to company procedures, we are unable to accept exchanges for orders. If you have placed your order with us and wish to receive a different item, please return your item(s) to us and a refund will be issued upon their return. We then warmly welcome you to place a new order for your required item(s). 
Please note that we cannot accept returned orders in the following circumstances:
  • Any items returned to us worn, marked or dirty. All items MUST be returned in their original condition.
  • Any items returned to us without their original packaging
  • Items returned long past the 14-day returns period.
Refunds will be issued once the item has arrived back with us (we will email you as soon as your order reaches our returns office). We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost of this.
